Not sure if you will have the answer. A few weeks ago I received a city code violation for dog feces talked the tenant they said they dont have any dogs but they cleaned it anyways. Moving forward today the city calls me says it was not cleaned up and they went to the property 2 times and there are 2 large dogs there they have denied having any animals in the property and the city said if it is not cleaned up it will be a citation. How do I make them clean it and they have dogs clearly since the lady heard them and a neighbor told me they had them as well? Any advice?
