We recently had water damage in our condo. There was a small amount of mold discovered as a result. An environmental crew came in and cleaned the area and said it is mold free. Do we have to disclose this to new renters?

It is best to disclose this to the tenants. I believe it is a requirement to disclose past or present mold to renters.
