is it legal in ohio to have a section stated that tenants can not hold the lanlord liable for any injurt or death of a tenant? even if the lanlord is negligent in keeping the property safe? I'm looking at someone's lease that has the indemnity clause in it. I want ot lease this place then sublease to my tenants. Seems we'd be signing over all rights no matter how slummy the lanlord might be
