Tenant installed Trampoline in non fenced yard without our permission!
We had no clause in our original lease regarding trampolines!
How can we protect ourselves from liability issues and keep our obligation to keep the property safe for the tenant;their invitees and trespassing children.
The trampoline would fall under the attractive nuisance category.
