Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I have a 1 year lease with a tenant in Florida. The lease states that tenant is responsible for the electricity. He said he would change it over to his name the next week. It has been a month, an electric bill is due and he still hasn't changed it over. What should I do?

RE: Tenant Changing electricity over to his name
send a notice to the tenant limiting their time. Make sure you also bill the tenant if the bill is in your name.
