Landlord Question and Answer Forum
Hi, I hired a real estate agent to find me a tenant for my first rental property and I just noticed he did not add a NO SMOKING clause on the lease that was signed last week. If I create a No Smoking addendum would that be sufficient? or do I need to make them sign the amendment also? I hate making them signed more documents after they just signed the lease. And since the lease was drawn by the realtor's company will my addendum be enforceable?

RE: NO SMOKING ADDENDUM AFTER SIGNING LEASE
You will definitely want them to sign the addendum.
