I have a Tenant on a residential 2-year lease agreement in Ohio. We have mutually agreed to extend the 2-year lease term for another 24 months. I have googled ( Is 2-year lease agreements legal in Ohio?) I cannot find anything addressing a 2-year lease agreement. Any help is greatly appreciated!
