Last year, I had new tenants move into one of my properties. It was two grandparents along with their son and daughter in law. During the lease renewal, the grandparents wanted to know if they could renew the lease by themselves but still allow the son and daughter in law to remain in the house. What are the pro's and con's if I allow this or should I request that all four sign the renewal?

All individuals 18+ should be on lease and responsible individually for rent
