Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I offered a lease to one party. When they got it they wanted to negotiate the terms. No deposit was paid.
I then offered a lease to another party who accepted it as is.
Am I legally bound to the first offer since I eSigned it?

RE: When is the lease offer legally binding?
If all parties have signed the document then you are bound to the first offer. If not all parties signed, i would cancel the eSign request and go with the second offer. :)
