I have a apartment that I'm renting when the tenets moved in there was no ac I never promised them an ac. but I let them use 2 of my ac units and they burnt them up. by law can I charge them for burning up the 2 units and by law the only thing I'm should be responsible for is the heat not the ac and the apartment has fans..... but I let them move in without a lease is there anything about it that can come back to bite me .
I made a lease just now but I'm talking about the ac ?

RE: do you have to provide ac unit in virginia?
I would count that as a damage to the property, but it may be best to do some research because of the lack of proof.
