During the contract year can I increase the rent?

RE: Increase rent
Probably not, unless you have specified in the lease that you are able to increase rent during a 1 year leased term. Unless you are month-to-month, here in AZ I can give a 30 day notice and increase rent. However, on a one year term lease, I cannot.
