I have a signed lease, and Tenant has returned signed Credit Card Authorization form. How do I initiate the request for monthly payments?

Go to your bank where you will be having the payments going to, and see how it would work. I have never done that before, i have always had them direct deposit rent into my account.

I create my invoices and request payments using PayPal. You'll need an account, but the buyer or tenant can pay using credit card without signing up. PayPal will charge you a credit card fee and a small fee to create the invoice.
