Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I am purchasing a quadraplex in Georgia. As the landlord I want to move into one of the units, but they have a tenant with a lease new lease that starts on 4-1-17 and will not end until 4-1-18. The old lease doesn't say anything about the landlords ability to ask a tenant to vacate for no reason. Does the GA Law allow me to do that?

RE: Lease
Usually there has to be a cause. Look in the lease for notice requirements on having the tenant vacate.
