Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I have potential tenants who would like to pay weekly. I have a few concerns:
1. If my lease is weekly I am not required to adjust payments based upon how much I would have wanted if the lease was monthly or do I generate a monthly lease and break down the rent in weekly payments?
2. A weekly lease equates to weekly notice of termination?
Has anyone ever done one and is it worth my time to consider it?

RE: Week to week leasing
I would keep your lease to be a month to month or yearly lease term and then add that payments will be made weekly. When I first started renting I did it that way so my tenants would pay on time. So instead of paying the full 1800 a month they would pay 450 a week, but the lease would not expire for a year.
