Landlord Question and Answer Forum
My prospective tenant has asked if there will be an option to renew at the end of her lease.
As stipulated in the lease we have 60 to notify each other prior to the end of the lease, otherwise the lease will terminate.
If I tell her she will be given the "option to renew the lease" does that imply or mean I am promising to do so "at all the same terms and conditions" as the initial lease?
Thanks

RE: Option to Renew Lease
If you give the option to renew, you can change the terms of the lease just forewarn the tenant.
