Landlord Question and Answer Forum
Hello:
New to the site and forum. I have a vacation property I rent and I went with this software to write my agreement. The standard verbiage that comes with the agreement states no refunds. However, I offer them as the agreement may have been written 6 or more months in advance. It has nothing to do with the legality of the contract or the State specific laws.
I need to change this section and can not get any help from them. Has anyone ever had any section unlocked for editing? Anyway to contact them besides chat and email?
