The Tenant 2 year lease has expired and now will not sign a new lease. What are my options?

Most of the time if a full term lease is not signed it then turns into a month to month by law. With a month to month lease you must give 30 days notice to vacate. After that 30 days and the move out date stated in the notice, if the tenants have not moved you will need to evict them, and file it with your court.
