Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I was told it is illegal to present a two year lease in FL & that it is not binding. However, you can do an addendum as a lease extension according to this source. Is any of this true?
Thank you.

RE: Two year lease in Florida
It is true that it is state law in Florida that a residential lease can be no longer than one year. I hope this helps.
