I have an applicate who was a section 8 voucher. She has bad credit and an eviction with in the last four years. Is it ok it I ask her to have a co-signer on the application?

Yes absolutely, you can also deny them on the fact that they have a poor history. You may want to check with your local HUD office for section 8 Rules ad Regulations in your area.
