I had a tenant that signed a lease on a room but then decided to move in with a friend. That was a few days after signing. Do I have any recourse. Today is the 1st and it will be hard to get someone in at this point. I had a list of people interested. Very frustrated. Any suggestions as to my options and how to prevent this in the future is appreciated.
