By issues what are you referring to? The biggest issue in renting usually is the failure to do a thorough background check. This can help prevent a lot of frustration as well as a tenant that simply will not pay, take care of your investment, etc. As for landlord tenant laws, make sure you know your rights and responsibilities often landlords and tenants alike have no idea what they are actually responsible for.
