Landlord Question and Answer Forum
Our home is available Nov. 15th, but the tenants will not take possession until Dec. 10th. My question is when does the lease actually start and how do I log it into the lease?

Sorry I left out some info... They are willing to pay a holding fee which is the prorated amount of rent until they arrive?
