My tenants want to break the lease because they found mice in the house. I have done all I could, including hiring mouse control and providing mouse trap. Can I still get 2 months rental (which is stated in the lease) as compensation?

If it is stated in the lease that they signed that this will happen if the tenants decide to end the lease prematurely then yes you are entitled to that. If the issue was addressed and fixed why then would they be pressing to move out?
