Landlord Question and Answer Forum
On the very last blur on standard lease:
NOTICE: this is a an important Legal document
where it states:
If the landlord fails to enforce any provision of the Lease Agreement, it will not constitute a a waiver of any default, future default of default of the remaining provisions.
Someone please explain what this actually means.
(I read it to say that if the Tenant gets away with something and the landlord doesn't follow through or say anything, it doesn't mean the landlord won't do something about another default in the lease, is that what it means?)

RE: Last part of standard lease from ezlandlord
There is confusion with how the Tenant is reading it and he wants it removed from the lease.
