Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I am drafting a new lease agreement for a young unmarried couple. This is fairly common anymore, but new for me. Should I have each one sign a separate lease agreement? Please advise.

RE: lease agreements regarding unmarried couples in Maryland
They can both sign the same lease but make sure each of there names are listed on it as tenants. Make sure they each sign and are responsible for payment, then they should each get a copy of the lease.
