Landlord Question and Answer Forum
Hi I'm looking to get answers on a tenant living in my Colorado house, they have paid rent each month since Dec 2013 but have not signed the lease and returned it to me, I as the landlord have not signed the lease because I've not received the lease agreement back yet. Can I have them move out because they have not signed the lease agreement?

RE: Unsigned Lease Agreement
Technically you are on a month to month agreement so you can ask them to move out but must give them at least a 30 notice. Sending them the paper notice directly to have them read it and sign it or by posting it directly on the property should suffice and they must acknowledge and consent to the notice.
