Landlord Question and Answer Forum
So when a tenant decides to stick around for another 12 months (or whatever is agreed) based on the terms of the initial lease, what is the easiest way in ezlandlordforms to update the new lease expiration date? The only thing I can find is to simply create a new lease with a new expiration date. Or is there some way simpler?
Thanks,
Josh

RE: lease expiration date in ezlandlordforms
I have used the lease renewal agreement it is a one page lease that just extends the current lease and you can update information.
