Landlord Question and Answer Forum
A tenant has parked two uninspected vehicles which are in need of repair. I spoke to him twice and sent a notice stating that he needed to remove them because his lease specifically states parking is for inspected and running passenger vehicles only. Can I have those vehicles towed at his expense?

RE: Unauthorized vehicles
Yes you can as long as it is written in the contract, other wise tread carefully...they are in your property and an angry tenant can lead to a real headache.

RE: Unauthorized vehicles
Why don't you have a word with your property manager. When I had rented with Kingsbury Homes, they had stated all the necessary details to me and I being a tenant have followed all those regulations.
