Early Termination in Minnesota - What is the Norm? I have search here on the forum and on google to no avail. The tenant's handbook from the state just says that I can charge them, but no standards of how to come up with the amount... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated1

Typically 1 1/2 to 2 months rent is considered reasonable. That's what I put in my leases anyway.
