Landlord Question and Answer Forum
Hello, I have an existing tenant that has moved in his girlfriend. He wants her to be added to the lease. In creating the new lease I want to run her credit and background. If I send her the forms to sign I will not be present. I feel strongly that I should send her to have it notarized. I will have the same problem with the signing of the actual lease. Does anyone have any input on this?
Thank you,
Gina
