Hello I have a property thats a duplex. Its completely seperated. With different rental agreements for downstairs and upstairs. Is this alright? Thanks Larry in Indian. Also my email for replies for which i would be grateful is bartley_steward@aol.com

Of course you can because they are two different units with two different tenants.
