I have a lease that I created back in July. Before I started EZLandlord, Can I use the new lease format on here and have my tenant abide by it? Please help!

Hi, You can certainly use a different format however, you cannot change any of the terms of the lease while the lease is still in effect. If you'd like to use another format with different terms, you would have to wait until this current lease expires to introduce the new format and terms.
