Landlord Question and Answer Forum
We have been using a tax preparation service for years but feel that we should be using a CPA who understands rental properties. How do you find such a person? Not having much luck searching on Google, because most of the ones we find aren't local. We are looking for someone in the Palm Harbor, FL area. Any suggestions?

RE: Finding an accountant
Word of mouth has always been my best bet as well as reaching out to your local investing community. If you are in Florida the Florida Apartment Association has a huge resource for property investors and they or their members may be able to point you in the proper direction.

RE: Finding an accountant
I would recommend Unbehagen Advisors in Tarpon Springs. My dad and I have used them for years for businesses and rental properties. We are from New Port RIchey
