i have a landlord that is not helping me or my wife that is pregnet and i have black mold in my place i have been in the hospital 3 time because i can not breath i have bad asthma and the landlord told me to open the windows and tarn a fan on she has not done a thing to help but to tell me to open the windows

I need to know if there is something I can do to get out of my lease for my health and my unborn baby life
I can't use cleaning stuff on the mold as it is not good for me or my wife what can I do.
