Landlord Question and Answer Forum

Does anyone use Sparkrent? I recently signed up, but so far am disappointed. They claim the rent is directly transferred from tenant account to landlord account and the fee is only $1 per payment (which is great). However, what they don't tell you is that there is up to a five banking day delay, which can obviously be over a week if a holiday and weekend are included. I signed up for efficiency and faster deposits, but in actuality my check collection and manual deposit was faster than this. Just wondering if anyone else knows anything about it, or if someone can help them improve their process. Thanks! Kristi
