I have a rental agreement for CA and it talks about radon gas disclosure I never heard of it and everyone I talk to never heard of it. Is it something I need to worried about do I need to tell my tenant. do I need to disclosed this to my tenant, I look at yours and others rental and lease agreement and I don't see that anywhere please help me put my mind to rest.

Maine, I believe is the only state that requires this.
