How much time can a visitor (45 year old boyfriend) spend on a property before he should be as accountable for the rent as the original tenant? It is time to have new applications signed and a new lease. Now is the time to address the long-term sleep over boyfriend.

Charles, thats a bit of a touchy subject. I as a landlord wouldn't know if my tenants had sig others... considering thats their personal life. Now, if there were issues with payment, etc I might know. When lease renewal comes up, if you choose to renew, you might ask if there would be another tenant.
