I have potential renters who are currently students with jobs lined up..They will use their student loan income and rental payment in the meantime..what should I require from them as proof? Thank you

Hmmm I would suggest getting a co-signer. Or if they have jobs lined up, wouldnt they have job confirmation, signed documentation that they could use?

Thank you for your reply. Yes, they are providing a job confirmation letter, and giving me 2 months rent + security in advance to prove they have payment before work starts.
