Landlord Question and Answer Forum
Is there a form for no pools (inflatable or the like) to be put on the property. Beside the insurance and liability factor. My water well is not to be used for the filling of a 1000 gallon pool. We are going to renew the yearly lease and summer is almost upon us. Thanks for any info or laws I can incorporate into my lease. RH

RE: Water Well
I would certainly inform the tenants and have them sign off on an agreement regarding this. Many renters, including my own use blow up pools for their children.
