With reference to a real estate lease agreement I have the following two questions:
If a landlord wants to protect himself from being sued by a tenant or tenant's insurance company or other party- how should he write a WAIVER OF SUBROGATION CLAUSE in the lease and what does the WAIVER OF SUBROGATION CLAUSE protect.
