Landlord Question and Answer Forum
We allow the tenant one dog, occasionally she has a visitor with a dog. Neighbors called us to complain that either her dog or the visiting dog is barking continuously. What is the landlords responsibility?

RE: barking dogs neighbors complaining
Dee, there is really only so much you can do. Alert your tenants of the complaints, maybe suggest they take the dog to a park to meet friends with another dog. Dogs bark, you know!
