RE: collection of judgments
There are companies and attorney's out there that will try and collect a judgement for you. Often they are expensive and you would pay for them up front and there is usually no guarantees. Let's face it you cannot get blood from a stone. With the amount of judgements that you have, it may be wise to consult with an attorney to see what the liklihood is for you to get some of the money back. I know I have had old tenants come back and pay off a judgement to me because they were trying to purchase a home and were blocked by that little blemish. It has not happened often but it has happened.
