Landlord Question and Answer Forum
Hello,
Can any one assist in answering this question. Both my husband and I are the title of the house. Is it a legal requirement for both of us to be on the rental agreement as the landlords? Or can it be either of us?

I believe it does not matter, either one may be on the lease.

This can be a very tricky thing. Odd things can happen if a couple is going through divorce. It is best to have both if you both are on the deed.
