Landlord Question and Answer Forum
We offer a golf cart with our rental. I have a clause stating the usage is contingent upon the tenant providing proof of liability insurance in the event of an accident. Is that wording good enough? Any other suggestions? (New to this game).

RE: Liability Insurance - Golf Cart
Hmm... not sure about wording. However with regards to coverage... Mine is covered under my homeowners insurance. Ask your agent if yours is.
