if you form an LLC to reduce personal liability in potential suits from property renters, do you also need to have the LLC recorded as the property owner in order to maximize your personal liability protection?

Ben, it might be more beneficial to have the property listed under the llc to reduce risk. It's always best to sep your personal items from your biz. This article is helpful, offering more insight!
