I have someone who is interested in a Lease to Own Option. I am totally cool with that but wanted to know how that worked. Anyone have any advice or ideas?

I did not get any response. I checked with a couple people locally I know. The best and easiest option was to set the sale price now if they decided to buy. We offered the tenant $200 off per month for the year if she bought at the end of the lease. We ended up tkaing $2400 off the sels price in the contract, so there is incentive for her.
