You'll have to use the eviction notice that's appropriate for your state. Or you could call the cops on him, if he hasn't yet established legal residency/squatter's rights.

That happened to me except they called him...husband! lol Seriously, you can find the form right here that will comply with your state laws. I found a lot of helpful info, just now, because I am ready to evict my tenants. Good Luck!
