I have a tenant that is being eevicted. thewy have left the water running non-stop since they recieved notice to vacate around 30 days ago. the S. D. Sheriff Dept. has a writ for eviction and won't go over there until the earliest, the 26th of may or as far as the 6th of june.
id there anything I can do about the water situation?
oh yea, they are destroying the inside of the apt. everyday.......

RE: destructive tenant
The landlord has the right of entry in emergency situations (such as this). Go in and turn off the water, and take them to court for the damage they've caused. Make sure you get a judgment against them, so they'll have to pay you as soon as they want a loan for a car, house, etc.
