Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I would really like to know how to go about reporting a tenant to the Credit Bureau for being late every month.. I am having issues with receiving my payments on time and it needs to be further dealt with than just late notices.

If you evict someone and file for a judgment against them, it shows up on their credit report. As for reporting to the bureaus, try this service through Experian, and let me know how it is: http://www.experian.com/rentbureau/renter-credit.html

So states offer a credit reporting feature through local agencies that tie into the credit bureau. Try to locate one in your state and join, the fee in nominal and well worth it.
