I'm a new landlord of a condo unit am I suppose to issue a copy of the handbook to my tenant? Also she agreed to a 2 yr lease and she started in May 2010 and now she recently told me she is going to move to Military housing can she break the lease when she does have orders or not moving to a different base or job location?

No you don't have to give it to the tenant with a lease. You do have to release them from the lease agreement if they have military orders to ship out.

thanks Gregory but what if she doesn't and jus wants to move she said its because the floor below is smoking her out and she's making a lot of excuses and saying its because she is pregnant and there is no smoking whats so ever on the whole property, all she has to do is call security or the main office thats how i know its just excuses so maybe she can play the health and safety card. if you can please let me know your input Thank you Brandon
